What Metrics do I have in Form Analysis?
The feature adds over 50 new metrics to MVMCloud Analytics to provide all the information needed to optimize your forms and increase your conversions. Some of the form analysis metrics are:
- How often a form was viewed and by how many users;
- How often a form was launched after viewing a form;
- How often a form was sent and resubmitted;
- How often a form was successfully completed (converted);
- How long visitors hesitated (waited) before starting to fill out a form;
- How long users spent on each form and how long it took to submit or convert a form.
It also reports several metrics about form fields, such as:
- How often a form field has been interacted with (e.g. focus or change);
- Which fields your visitors interacted with first when they started filling out a form;
- Which fields caused a visitor to stop filling out a form (dropouts);
- How often your visitors changed a form field;
- How often a field was reoriented or corrected (e.g. use of backspace or delete key, cursor keys, …);
- How much text they type in each of your text fields;
- Which fields are unnecessary and generally left blank;
- How long visitors hesitated (waited) before starting to change a field;
- How long your visitors spent in each field.
