Settings

As soon as you start at MVMCloud Analytics we advise you to make some configurations to prepare the system according to your needs.

Personal Settings

You can access the personal settings page through the Administration menu (gear icon in the top right corner) > Personal > Settings.

On this screen you can:

  • Change your email;

  • Choose the language for MVMCloud Analytics;

  • Set the time format;

  • Define the default report panel that will be loaded;

  • Set the default date for reports;

  • Exclude your own visits from MVMCloud Analytics tracking

Security Settings

You can access the security settings page through the Administration menu (gear icon in the top right corner) > Personal > Security.

On this screen you can:

  • Change your current password;

  • Enable 2-factor authentication to increase your account security.

Invite a User to MVMCloud Analytics

Depending on the plan you have contracted, multiple users are possible in MVMCloud Analytics. These users can be your company's team or customers for whom you provide services.

To invite a new user you must go to the Administration screen (gear icon in the top right corner) > System > Users and click on the "Invite a new user" button.

Personal settings

The invitation is made using the email you provide, MVMCloud Analytics will send an email to the person you invited and they can accept the invitation or not. This is the information you need to provide:

  • Name of the person invited;
  • Person’s email;
  • Which site will be granted initial viewing access.

When the person accepts the invitation, access to the website can be modified to whatever you prefer.

Each site you want to track in MVMCloud Analytics needs initial settings so that the reports accurately reflect what you intend to track.
